Licensor does not guarantee any results or make any promises of sales or revenue. Software is sold “as is” and does not provide a refund for lack of results, due to a variety of reasons (such as work ethic and capabilities, bad leads, etc.). Licensor refund policy is that if the software is not functioning as intended (determined by ROBO-Agent) in a sufficient period for Licensor to remedy said defect. To avoid additional charges, the Licensee must cancel before the renewal date. Canceled subscriptions will not receive a refund, unless by special circumstances determined by ROBO-Agent.
